ORDERING + SHIPPING

We process orders quickly, so we will do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order ships. Call us as soon as possible at 877-333-9742 or E-Mail us.
All domestic orders ship via ground service free of charge and take 3-7 business days to arrive, pending availability and credit card verification. If you need expedited domestic shipping, you can select Express 2-Day Shipping for $25 at checkout. This expedited option will arrive in 2 business days once it has shipped. We will try to ship orders placed before 1:00PM EST the same day, volume permitting. Orders placed after 1:00PM EST or over the weekend will ship on the next business day.
Most orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA while a few low inventory or specialty items might ship from our corporate office on the west coast. To get your complete order shipped, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations. In that case, you will receive more than one package. If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you tracking numbers for each.
We do not currently ship internationally. However, we have retail partners that ship Erin Snow to most countries. Please contact us so we can help you find the item you are looking for at one of our retail partners.
FIT + SIZING
Erin Snow is tailored and generally true to size. We have individual sizing charts for each garment on their product page. Please click on the 'size guide' link to see specific sizing and measuring guidelines. If you need help, we are always happy to assist.
At the moment, Erin Snow does not have its own free-standing stores, but we do sell to retailers across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia. You can also take advantage of our free shipping + returns to simply try on at home. If something doesn’t fit, you can return it easily.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of order fulfillment. Absolutely try things on at home, but realize that we cannot take back undamaged items that have been worn. Please leave tags in place and return in original poly bag. Please also reuse the shipping material the item(s) arrived in. Start your return here.
If your product is defective, please contact us. Our team will work to replace the item, repair it, or work with you on an alternative solution. We are committed to making the best product possible that performs and lasts. All replacements are at the discretion of our team, but know that we want you to be completely happy with your Erin Snow purchase and will do everything we can to help.
To start a Return or Exchange, visit our returns page and enter your email address & order number. Follow the instructions to start your return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will email you a return shipping label with instructions.
For exchanges, you can indicate that you would like to exchange for a different size and, pending availability, we will ship that item out to you as soon as we receive your original item back. If you need a new size sooner, the fastest way to do an exchange is to order a different size and simply return your original item. Once we receive it, we will credit you back.
Our returns center is located on the East Coast, so transit time may take up to 5 business days plus 2-3 days for receiving/inspection by our warehouse. Once we have your items checked in, we will send you a refund. Total you can expect anywhere from 7-14 days to see your refund.
Exchanges are processed as soon as return items are checked in. In total, expect about 10-14 days for you to receive your replacement item. If you need a replacement item sooner, the fastest method is to place a new order and simply return your original item(s) for a refund.
DISCOUNTS + PROMOTIONS
You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order’s subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount. Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order. Discount codes are only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions include Gift Certificates, third party merchandise, and other items.
We make very limited quantities of our product and sales don’t happen often. We can exchange sizes, availability permitting, or we can take back an item for store credit only. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for items purchased on sale. This includes items purchased using a discount code during any private sale (Black Friday, End of Season). Items purchased using the newsletter signup 10% discount code are the only exception to this policy.
