Ordering

What payment methods does Erin Snow accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club debit and credit cards online. Online orders can also be placed via Amazon Payments, Apple Pay, and PayPal Express Checkout.

I have a question about my order, how can I get help?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we will do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order ships. Call us as soon as possible at 212-675-7762 or E-Mail us.

Shipping

When will my order ship out?

We ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your order. We will try to ship orders placed before 1:00PM EST the same day, volume permitting. Orders placed after 1:00PM EST or over the weekend will ship on Monday. If you want to quickly check your order status, log into your account to look at your Order History. Next to each of your orders there is an option to check Order Status.

What are your shipping methods & costs?

All domestic orders ship via FedEx Ground free of charge and take 3-7 business days to arrive, pending availability and credit card verification. If you need expedited domestic shipping, you can select Express 2-Day Shipping for $25 at checkout. This expedited option will arrive in 2 business days once it has shipped.

Where does my order ship from?

Most orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey while a few low inventory or specialty items might ship from our corporate office. To get your complete order shipped, we occasionally ship from a combination of these locations. In that case, you will receive more than one package. If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you tracking numbers for each.

Does Erin Snow ship internationally?

Erin Snow does currently ship internationally to Canada, Australia, most of Europe and most of Asia. If you encounter an issue during checkout and your ship to country is not allowed, it is possible we could still ship to you. Please call 212.675.7762 or Email Us so we can assist you.

Fit & Sizing

How does Erin Snow clothing generally fit?

Erin Snow is tailored and generally true to size. We have individual sizing charts for each garment on their product page so make sure you click on it to see specific sizing and measuring guidelines. If you need help, we are always happy to assist.

Is there somewhere I can try things on?

At the moment, Erin Snow does not have its own free-standing stores, but we do sell to retailers across the U.S., Canada and Europe. You can also take advantage of our free shipping + returns to simply try on at home. If something doesn’t fit, you can return it easily.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order’s subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.
Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order.
Discount codes are only applicable to “discountable” items. Exclusions include Gift Certificates, third party merchandise, and other items.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Can I return an item I bought on sale?

We make very limited quantities of our product and sales don’t happen often. We can exchange sizes, availability permitting, or we can take back an item for store credit only. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Absolutely try things on at home, but realize that we cannot take back undamaged items that have been worn. Please do your best to remove lint and deodorant marks before returning, and leave tags in place.
If your product is defective, or does not perform for you please contact us. Our team will work to replace the item, repair it, or work with you on an alternative solution. We are committed to making the best product possible that performs and lasts. All replacements are at the discretion of our team, but know that we want you to be completely happy with your Erin Snow purchase and will do everything we can to help.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a Return or Exchange, visit our returns page and enter your email address & order number. Follow the instructions to start your return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will email you a return shipping label with instructions.
For exchanges, you can indicate that you would like to exchange for a different size and, pending availability, we will ship that item out to you as soon as we receive your original item back. If you need a new size sooner, the fastest way to do an exchange is to order a different size and simply return your original item. Once we receive it, we will credit you back.

Where can I find my return shipping label?

If you ordered within the domestic U.S., after you start a return or exchange on our returns page, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.

How do I return / exchange a gift?

If you have the order number, you can follow the regular return/exchange process from our returns page. If you don’t have the order number, just Email Us. We are more than happy to help.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

Our returns center is located on the East Coast, so transit time may take up to 5 business days plus 2-3 days for receiving/inspection by our warehouse. Once we have your items checked in, we will send you a refund. Total you can expect anywhere from 7-14 days to see your refund.
Exchanges are processed as soon as return items are checked in. In total, expect about 10-14 days for you to receive your replacement item. If you need a replacement item sooner, the fastest method is to place a new order and simply return your original item(s) for a refund.

Where is Erin Snow apparel made?

We are extremely strict about our sourcing. Currently we manufacture in the US, Canada and Romania. Before we partner with a new factory we conduct thorough research into their work and ask them to review and comply with our Supplier Workplace Code of Conduct. This Code requires, among other important issues, no forced or child labor, fair wages including overtime, environmental policies, traceability and animal welfare. Are Erin Snow materials/fabrics responsibly sourced?

We work with some of the most innovative and inspiring global suppliers. Our vendors are asked to comply with our Banned List of Chemicals to ensure that harmful chemicals are not used in any of our materials. In addition to this, approximately 85% of the textiles used in our collection are bluesign® approved to further assist us with managing the chemicals, dyes and finishes used in the textile process and to ensure at each step of the textile process that products are safe for the environment and humans. We want your product to last a lifetime, or two, and we know how attached you can become to your favorite jacket or pair of pants. So get in touch and let us know what you need. We will do everything we possibly can to help.

Do you recycle old garments?

Our policy on old garments is that first you should determine whether someone in need can use your item. We would like to keep a useful garment in use on a body that needs it for as long as possible. If the garment is no longer wearable, or beyond repair, we have a solution for polyester garment recycling. So if you need help finding a new home for your old unwanted item, or would like to recycle a polyester item please give us a call at 212.675.7762 or Email Us.

Subscribe to our email list! We promise that we don’t abuse our customers with endless offers and emails. We only reach out when we have something worthwhile to say. In fact, sales are usually not public on our site but conducted through coupon codes sent to our subscribers. So don’t be shy, we would love to have you join the club.

What do I do if something I like is out of stock?
